Scolari’s opened their first food truck in 2012 with a converted 1964 Airstream trailer. After a decade of success, they decided it was time to upgrade their vehicle. We gave them a state-of-the-art design that has everything they need to serve up their signature burgers, sandwiches, and salads for the next 10 years and beyond.
