Ever since it’s launch in 2020, this little Latin Infused Pop Up Idea has become a staple in Salinas. Serving hungry eaters from all over Southern California, these guys are constantly evolving their menu. We wanted to give their trailer a design that just as bold and unique as their menu and we think we delivered. What do you think?
